Advance payments made for booking or site inspection are generally non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be informed before the installation process begins
  • If cancellation is approved, any refund will be processed after deducting applicable charges

3. Customized Products

Invisible grills and safety nets are customized as per site measurements.
Once materials are fabricated or installation has started, refunds will not be applicable.

4. Installation & Service Charges

Payments made for completed installations or services are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment

6. Delays or Service Issues

In case of significant service delays or issues caused solely by Siva Invisible Grills, refunds or adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
